Grab Restaurant – HTML5 & CSS3 Features

Grab, a restaurant theme HTML template specially coded for pizza and pasta restaurants, comes up with 10 HTML Pages. Well Documented, Can be easily customized as per your requirements.

HTML Structure

This theme is a fixed layout with 3 main sections named header, section (content area) and footer. The general template structure is the same throughout the template. Here is the general structure:

If you would like to edit the color, font and style of that element, you would do the following: Find the appropriate style that needs to be edited.

I.E: The font-size, color etc… of the Content needs to be changed

To ensure that your new styles are applied, make sure that they carry enough “weight” and that there isn’t a style lower in the CSS file that is being applied after yours.

CSS Files and Structure

We have used 3 CSS files in this theme: “style.css” contains all general styling, such as colors, font-sizes, etc. Also all of the specific stylings for the page. The other 2 CSS files includes are “thickbox.css” that contains popup related styles and “smartspinner.css” has control of a spinner image or loader image.

If you would like to edit a specific section of the site, simply find the appropriate label in the CSS file, and then scroll down until you find the appropriate style that needs to be edited.

I.E. you want to change the header height:

JavaScript

This theme imports four Javascript files.

• jQuery (jquery-1.4.4.min.js)
• Slider Control Script (scripts.js)
• Smart Spinner (smartspinner.js)
• Thick Box (thickbox.js)

jQuery is a Javascript library that greatly reduces the amount of code that you must write.

Slider – It a plugin created by our team. very less in size and ease to customize.

Smart spin is a jQuery spin button plugin that mimics the very common windows spin button control.

ThickBox is a webpage UI dialog widget written in JavaScript on top of the jQuery library.
